Change the printer settings

  • On your Windows 10 computer, open the Run dialog box by pressing the Windows + R  shortcut keys.
  • Type ‘control’ in the Run dialog box and click OK  to launch the Control Panel
  • Click the Devices and Printers tab in the Control Panel window and locate your printer’s icon.
  • Right-click on your printer’s icon and select the See what’s printing
  • If you find any pending print jobs, right-click on each print job and select the Cancel
  • Click the Printer tab and deselect the Use Printer Offline
  • If you have not yet set your Kyocera Printer as the default printer on your computer, right-click on your printer’s icon and select the Set As Default Printer

Restart the Print Spooler service

  • Open the Run dialog box and type ‘services. msc in the text field. Click OK to launch Windows Services. 
  • In the Services window, locate the Print Spooler service and right-click on it.
  • Select the Restart option to restart your Print Spooler service.
  • After restarting the Print Spooler service, try printing a test page from your computer to the printer.
