Set The Printer Status To Online Manually
On your Windows 7 computer, click the Startmenu available at the bottom-left corner of the desktop.
From the pop-up menu, click the Control Panel tab to launch the Control Panel
Next, click the Devices and Printers tab in the Control Panel window and locate your printer’s icon.
Right-click on your printer’s icon and select theSee what’s printing
