Canon Printer Goes Offline On Windows - Solution

  • For Windows 10: Select the Start menu on your device, go to the Settings options, and choose the Device tab under the Settings.
  • For Windows 8: Select Control Panel under the Settings option.
  • Click on Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers.
  • Right-click on the Canon Printer icon and select the See what’s printing option.
  • Now, click the Printer menu and see if the Use Printer Offline option is selected. If it is selected, then deselect it.
  • Also, select your Canon Printer as the default printer on your computer.
  • If you see any pending print jobs, then remove them from the print queue.
