- First, verify that your printer’s power cord is properly connected to the printer’s rear port.
- Next, check whether you have firmly plugged the USB cable into the printer’s USB port.
- Verify that no errors like paper jam, ink low, or scanner opened are displayed on the printer’s LCD panel.
- For Windows computers, go to Control Panel and click the Devices and Printers tab.
- Give a right-click on your printer’s icon and select the See what’s printing option to check the printer status.
- Clear all the pending print jobs and click the Printer tab.
- Deselect the Use Printer Offline option from the drop-down list and check if your Brother MFC L2750DW printer status is offline.
- If you have not yet set it as the default printer on your computer, right-click your printer’s icon and select the Set as default printer option.
- In case you are using Mac, click the Apple menu and select System Preferences from the drop-down list.
- Click the Printers & Scanners icon in the System Preferences window and select your printer from the left-side panel.
- Check whether the correct printer driver is used. If not, add the CUPS printer driver.
- If necessary, you can remove and reinstall the printer driver to fix the printer offline issue.
